英文介系詞in, on, at 的用法

英文文法總是容易混淆的，其中介系詞的用法更常會有疑問。英文中的介系詞是在一個句子當中用來連結名詞，代名詞和其他的用語，現在我們就來看看在英文中最常用到的三個介系詞in, on, at：

in

在談到時間的時候，in指的是較長的時間，像是在一天，一個月，一個季節或一年。

例如：I always brush my teeth in the morning.
My birthday is in June.
It’s always cold in winter.
My brother was born in 1999.

當談到地點的時候，in指的通常是較大的地點，像是附近鄰里地區，城市，國家，或在一個地點裡面，像是在商店，在家或在房間。

例如：I used to live in Florida.
Bangkok is in Thailand.
I am in my room.

in還可以用來指某個閱讀的內容，像是報紙或資料等。

例如：I read it in the newspaper.
The order was in the e-mail.

on

在談到時間的時候，on指的是特定的日期或某一天。

例如：He was born on September 24th.
I go to the gym on Mondays and Wednesdays.

當談到地點的時候，on指的通常是物體的表面或是街道等。

例如：The papers are on the coffee table.
I left the keys on the counter.

on還可以用來表無法在紙本上呈現的電子媒體資訊。

例如：There is an awesome video on YouTube.
You can not believe everything on the internet.
She is on the phone.

at

在談到時間的時候，at指的是特定較小的時間點，像是幾點幾分。

例如：I will see you at 8 pm.
My interview is at 3 pm.

當談到地點的時候，at指的是特定較小的地點。

例如： We are meeting at the cafe. (Let’s meet at the cafe.)
